Mango, Pineapple, Scotch Bonnet sauce: Sweet and fruity, with a kick. A tropical mash up of flavours. First you taste the sweet fruitiness of the mango and pineapple, followed by a kick from the scotch bonnets. This sauce has layers of flavour to it. Goes with anything. Really good with summer foods like BBQs and salads.

Scotch Bonnet Jam: Hot and sweet. The sweetness allows the flavours of the scotch bonnets to come through so you can really taste the chillies. Followed by a smack of heat. Great with cheese and crackers, in wraps and as a marinade.

Scorch Bonnet sauce: Hot and tasty. This is a hot, hot sauce, but you can taste the flavours of the scotch bonnets, not just pure heat. Good with anything. Goes well on chicken wings. One for people who like a lot of heat and flavour.
